Our Coupon Policy

Payment must be received prior to the coupon deadline to receive the discounted program price.

Our Pay What You Can Afford Policy

To make our programs accessible to everyone – if you are able – we ask that you pay a minimum of 50% of the program fee to help cover program costs, such as food and teacher’s stipend.

Your payment will be processed at check-in at the beginning of the course. Let us know how much you plan to pay by adding a note in the bottom ‘Comments’ box, such as: “I am able to pay $___.” This helps the registrar correctly track your registration. Registering as a Patron

Your generosity in offering the Patron Price helps cover the costs for others who are not able to pay the full Program Price.  Thank you.

If you need to cancel

We charge a cancellation fee of $35 (or the cost of the program if less than $35). The remainder of your payment will be returned to you.

If you cancel 10 days or more before your program starts, you can request to apply your cancellation fee toward another class to be taken within 6 months.
