Rising Strong™ Weekend Retreat for Women

June 29-July 1, 2018

Kathy Williams-Tolstrup, LPC

"If we are brave enough often enough, we will fall.  This is the physics of vulnerability." --Brené Brown

The Rising Strong™ curriculum teaches us what it takes to get back up from a fall and how owning our story of struggle allows us to write a daring new ending.  Struggle can be our greatest call to courage and the clearest path to a wholehearted life.

During our weekend together, you will learn how to apply the Rising Strong process to your day-to-day life and become empowered to write wholehearted new endings to your stories.  At the end of the weekend, you will have learned how to apply the Rising Strong process to transform the way you live, love, parent and/or lead.

Kathy Williams-Tolstrup, LPC, EMDR II, CDWF

Kathy is a psychotherapist who is in private practice in Fort Collins, CO. She provides a safe and caring environment where you can begin the transformative journey of uncovering core issues and limiting beliefs that are the obstacles to emotional health and well-being. Her style can best be described as non-judgmental, compassionate, and collaborative.

Trained in contemplative practice for over 25 years, Kathy offers a blend of the best practices of Western psychology and the mindfulness-based approaches of the East. Kathy is trained in EMDR, an integrative psychotherapy approach proven effective for the treatment of trauma. She is also an IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapist.
