Fearlessness in Everyday Life Course
Learning to work with our anxiety, we are not blocked by fear. Through an exploration of the Buddhist teachings of mind and the nature of reality, we learn to see clearly. We dare to face life and death as they are. The meditator, open to uncertainty, goes beyond the emotions of hope and fear to experience equanimity.

Five Mondays from November 19th - December 17th

Pre-requisite: JOY IN EVERYDAY LIFE course.  The Way of Shambhala builds on experiences through the levels and the courses. These are foundational classes to help establish regular practice of meditation and introduce topics from both Shambhala & Tibetan Buddhism.  It is also suggested, but not required, to have taken the companion courses Shambhala Training Levels I-IV before attending FEARLESSNESS in Everyday Life.

Pay what you can afford:
In order to make our programs accessible to everyone, we have a “pay what you can afford” policy. We ask that you pay as much as you can afford and, if possible, at least 50% of the program price.  Know that we don't want the program price to be an obstacle for you, so please decide what works for you and offer whatever you best afford.

For those who can offer more than the program price, we have a “patron price”. Your generosity in offering the patron price helps cover the costs for others who are not able to pay the full price.
