Learn To Meditate

Tuesdays: Noon – 1pm

Wednesdays: 7pm – 8pm

Sundays: 10am – 12pm

Our  “Open Public Sitting” meditation sessions offer a friendly introduction to meditation practice with Free Meditation Instruction, Shambhala Buddhist teachings and our community.

Our Wednesday and Sunday sittings are generally for periods of 25 minutes with a 10 minute walking meditation.  The sessions are followed by a brief Dharma Talk, after which there is group discussion. Everyone is welcome. Participation is free of charge. All are welcome to come and leave as desired.
